THE KITCHEN — HOW THE RAIL RUNS

A kitchen pass is honest: every order, one rail, in sequence.

BANH LAO & THAI CUISINE LLC is registered at 7340 Kenwood Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45236, in Hamilton County. We keep the business organized the way a working kitchen keeps its orders — clipped to the rail, numbered, and never confused about which station owns which ticket.

// WHY THE RAIL

Clarity beats speed, every service.

In a rush, kitchens do not fail on recipes — they fail on tickets: lost orders, wrong stations, unreadable handwriting. We applied the same discipline to our business structure: forty-eight categories, three stations, one numbered rail.

Each ticket in this catalog maps to a recognized foodservice format — which also means each carries its own service model, staffing pattern, and licensing context. We describe the formats; we do not operate a public ordering or reservation channel through this website.

// HOUSE RULES

Three rules above the pass.

1 · Tickets in order

Every category is numbered K-01 to K-48 and clipped to exactly one station. Full-service formats never drift into counter territory, and refreshment stands stay off the dining-room rail.

2 · The pass is the truth

What leaves the pass is what was ordered. Our pages describe venue categories plainly — no inflated promises, no hidden surcharges, no bait-and-switch between formats.

3 · No cold plates

Information ages fast. Station counts, addresses, and contact details are kept current, and questions sent to the pass get answered rather than left under the lamp.

// AT THE DOOR

Questions we hear often.

Is this website a restaurant ordering system?
No. This site describes our business scope across forty-eight foodservice categories. We do not take food orders, reservations, or payments online — and we will never email you asking for card details or deposits.
What is the difference between TABLE and COUNTER tickets?
TABLE (K-01–11) covers formats where a server brings food to a seated guest. COUNTER (K-12–30) covers formats where guests order and collect food themselves — carryout, drive-in, fast casual — plus self-serve buffets and cafeterias.
Where is the company registered?
7340 Kenwood Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45236 — in Hamilton County, Ohio, inside the Kenwood commercial corridor northeast of downtown.
Do beverage bars here serve alcohol?
No. Station S tickets (K-31–48) are strictly nonalcoholic — coffee shops, juice and smoothie bars, soft drink stands — along with on-premise bakeries, frozen dessert shops, and snack counters.
How do I reach the kitchen?
Email hello.s.takahashi@banhla.shop or call +1 (229) 595-1371. The contact page also has a short order-slip form for venue and category questions.
